1. Pasco County Parks & Recreation Impact Fees for both single & multi-family dwellings has increased to $3,450.15. Breakdown of fee for building permits or mobile home tie-down permits:

Park Land=$705.41; Parks & Recreation Facilities=$2,744.74; Total Per Dwelling Unit=$3,450.15

2. COMMERCIAL permit applications availableonline only through PascoGateway under the Building tab:

Commercial New, Multifamily, Addition, Alteration, Plans Revisions, Phasing,Fire, Low Voltage Security Alarm, Reroof, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Gas, Pool and Spa, & Alternative Energy Source

Applicants must already be registered for an account before applying for a permit.

3. We do NOT take credit card payments or ask for a credit card number over the phone. If youreceive a call like this, please do not provide any personal or banking information. Hang up & report thecall to the Pasco Sheriff's Office, by calling Pasco's non-emergency line at 727.847.8102, option 7.
